Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund for the product or exchange the product for another of the same value.

Please contact us by email or phone prior to returning any items to receive an RMA. Shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

You can return a product for up to 20 days from the date of purchase.

Any product we receive for a return must be packaged in the same quantity and in the same condition you received it. Once the items are received and verified, a refund for the product or exchange will be issued. If it is an exchange, shipping will be billed for the exchanged items.

Shipping Policy

Our Shipping rate includes a small handling charge.  All our packages are shipped through the USPS at the best available rate and is based on the amount of purchase as follows:

*Due to our product being of various size and weight, large purchases for $200.00 and over will be packed and shipped in the least expensive method enabling us to provide a savings to the customer.
